Meet Our Dedicated Leadership Team
Krystal is a practicing clinical pharmacist and works in clinical policy research, advancing initiatives that improve health outcomes and promote health equity. She has made it her life mission to end disparities in healthcare. This is evident in her leadership and service in her career and volunteerism in CPhA and other organizations.
Heather has 15 years of pharmacy experience spanning clinical pharmacy, academia as a former clinical professor, and current role as a medical science liaison. She completed her PharmD and MPH degrees from UIC and a PGY1 residency at The Ohio State University. Heather is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist.
Sharon has served as Clinical Staff and Faculty at UIC with focuses in ambulatory care and MTM services. Also, she worked as a Clinical Consultant for various pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Sharon earned her PharmD from Texas Southern University. She holds a Board Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy.
Sherri is a community pharmacist with MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification and more than 30 years of retail experience. She is currently serving as secretary of CPhA and has been a member for over five years. Sherri is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy.
Monica is a Pharmacy Manager for a managed healthcare company and a part-time Clinical Pharmacist for Comer Children’s Hospital. She graduated from Xavier University and received her MBA from Benedictine University. She sits on the Pharm Tech Advisory Council at City Colleges and has over 25 years of service to pharmacy.
Craig is Head of Clinical at a stealth-mode pharmacy benefits optimization startup company. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Pharmacists Association. Craig earned his PharmD from Butler University and MBA with Honors from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
